Crossing the street via an overpass, after exiting the Palace Gardens
Don't know anything about this area. Thought it might be a shrine at first, but the absence of religious artifacts and the similarities to structures and land around the Imperial Palace suggest some relationship. I could be wrong, though. Eventually I'll find out.
